| 摘 要： | 在计量技术规范JJF1059-1999<测量不确定度评定与表示>中,对于不确定度的有效位数和不确定度报告的表示形式作了相关规定,本文通过对测量结果不确定度的分析,总结出如何合理进行不确定度数据修约处理及应用不确定度完整地表示测量结果.
