碳钢在海水及海水淡化一级反渗透产水中的腐蚀行为

摘    要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)及X射线衍射(XRD)对碳钢在海水及海水淡化一级反渗透(RO)产水中的锈层进行分析,并结合交流阻抗测量,研究了其腐蚀行为.结果表明,碳钢在一级RO产水中的腐蚀速度远大于在海水中的腐蚀速度,原因是两者形成的锈层存在明显差异:海水中碳钢锈层含γ-FeOOH、α-FeOOH、Fe3O4及少量β-FeOOH,γ-FeOOH为主要成分,锈层对金属具有保护作用;在一级RO产水中的碳钢锈层含γ-FeOOH、Fe3O4以及少量的α-FeOOH,Fe3O4为主要成分在金属表面大量堆积对金属无保护作用.

Abstract:In order to investigate the corrosion behavior of carbon steel in seawater and seawater reverse osmosis permeate(RO permeate),the corrosion products were analyzed by the Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),combined with the AC impedance measurement for the corrosion system.Results show that,the corrosion rate of carbon steel in RO permeate is much higher than that in seawater because of the significant difference between the rust layers formed under each condition.Rust layer formed in seawater consists of γ-FeOOH(the main composition),α-FeOOH,Fe3O4 and a little β-FeOOH,and has a protective effect on metal.However,the one formed in RO permeate is composed of γ-FeOOH,Fe3O4(significant proportion) and a little α-FeOOH,deposites on the surface of metal and causes the severe corrosion.
