摘    要:青海桥头铝电股份有限公司2号机配套上海电站辅机厂生产的凝结器,随着机组运行年限的增长,凝结器铜管泄露逐渐增多。为延长凝结器使用寿命,确保机组安全运行,通过优化内部结构、管束布置等方式对凝结器进行内部改造。凝结器改造后,运行效果优于设计值。

Abstract:The 2# unit’s condenser of Qinghai Qiaotou Aluminum and Electricity Co.,Ltd is produced by Shanghai Electric Power Generation Equipment Co.,Ltd,with the growth of unit operating life,the leakage of the copper tubes gradually increased.In order to extend service life of the condenser,and ensure safe operation of the unit,the paper introduces condenser internal modification method of optimizing internal structure and fixing the bundle etc.,the condenser runs better than the design value after the modification.
