高速转子系统油膜涡动动力学特性及其影响因素

摘    要:以某实际滑动轴承支撑下的转子轴承系统为对象,建立非线性油膜力作用下的转子轴承系统的动力学模型,应用非线性动力学理论对该系统进行动力学响应特性数值模拟,利用幅频特性曲线、分岔图、三维谱图等研究系统响应随偏心距、转速、润滑油粘度、半径间隙、轴承长度和轴颈半径等因素的变化对油膜涡动的影响规律。为工程实际中转子系统的优化设计、故障诊断、振动控制等提供参考。

Abstract:The dynamic model of rotor-bearing system under the action of non-linear oil film force is established for a practical rotor-bearing system supported by sliding bearings. With application of nonlinear dynamics theory, system response was simulated numerically. The effects of eccentricity, speed, lubricant viscosity, radius gap, bearing length and journal radius on oil film whirl and system response were obtained by using amplitude-frequency curve, bifurcation and three-dimensional spectrum. This is of value for reference to design Optimization, fault diagnosis and vibration control of rotor system in engineering practice.
