| 摘 要： | 随着经济快速增长和科技的进步,产品安全已经成为影响民生和社会稳定一个公共问题.保障产品安全是企业的基本法律责任.本文以《产品安全风险防范导则》为基本素材,分析日本产品安全风险防范基础理论,包括:管理对象、基本程序与方法、风险对应图等,以期对我国企业建立产品安全风险防范体系提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | With the growing economy and technical development,product safety has become a public issue.It’s the enterprise’s legal liability to ensure the product safety.Based on "Guideline for Product Safety Risk Prevention" issued by Japan Industry Association of Product Safety,the this paper analyzes the basic theory about product safety risk prevention system in Japan,in order to affords Chinese enterprises good lessons that merit attention. |
