基于Simulink的柔性车体垂向振动特性分析

摘    要:考虑车体的柔性模态,运用振型叠加法获得车体的垂向振动微分方程,并在MATLAB/Simulink中创建车辆刚柔混合垂向动力学模型,分析车体各阶弹性自振频率、阻尼比及车辆行驶速度对车体垂向振动特性的影响,并基于上述分析提出车辆平稳性共振波长的概念,论证平稳性共振波长是车辆的固有特性,为车辆的设计及线路的维护工作提供参考和评价帮助。

Abstract:The oscillatory differential equation of the car body was given with the principle of modal superposition by considering car body' s vertical elasticity, and mathematic model of a rigid-flex railway vehicle was established using MATLAB/Simulink. With this model, the influence on the vertical vibration characteristics of the elastic natural frequency, damping factor and the velocity was researched. Based on the analysis above, a new concept, ride-performance resonant wavelength, was proposed. The concept, which was proved to be one of the vehicle' s inherent features, can be the guideline and evaluation basis for the vehicle design and line maintenance.
