包络分析在动力装置冲击故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:分析将振动监测诊断理论和技术引入到鱼雷动力系统运行监测和故障诊断的必要性,提出时变参量分析结合包络分析的往复运动机构冲击故障的监测诊断方法。通过实际案例验证基于有效值的时变参量分析方法可以检测出往复运动机构故障发作前的征兆,基于Hilbert变换的包络谱分析方法可以提取出故障对应的特征频率,比较准确地确定出故障发生的部位。对促进振动监测诊断技术在鱼雷动力系统故障诊断中的实际应用,提高运行安全性将起到积极作用。

Abstract:In this paper the necessity of introducing VMDT(vibration monitoring and diagnosis technology) into torpedo power system CMFD(condition monitoring and fault diagnosis) is analyzed. The CMFD method using time-varying parameter combining with envelope spectrum for detecting shock fault of reciprocating mechanism is proposed.. The engineering application cases show that the symptom of shock fault prior to it' s occurrence could be detected by using the time-varying parameter analysis method based on RMS (root-mean-square), and the shock fault frequency which is used to determine the fault type and position is possible to be extracted by the envelope spectrum method based on Hilbert transform. This is significant to promote the practical application of VMDT in torpedo power plant tests and improve operation safety.
