钛合金导管无扩口内径滚压过程的数值分析

摘    要:针对钛合金导管内径滚压成形中的关键问题进行了有限元模拟分析。模拟结果表明:成形中滚柱径向进给使导管材料既产生径向流动又产生轴向流动;成形后导管管套之间存在的残余接触力,是导管管套紧密连接在一起的重要原因;最后参考有限元模拟结果,进行了管套与导管的连接成形试验,试验结果与模拟结果吻合,并且连接试验件顺利通过连接强度试验,证明连接件具有较强的连接强度和良好的密封性能。

Abstract:The key problems of the internal rolling connection for titanium alloy tubes were analyzed with the method of finite element simulation. The result shows that the radial feeding of the rollers makes the tube materials flow in the radial direction and the axial direction. The residual contact force, which is the important reason for the tight connection between the tube and sleeve, exists between the tube and sleeve. According to the analysis of the finite element,the forming experiments between the tube and sleeve were completed. The results of the experiments and the finite element are anastomotic well. And the tube joints passed the test of connection intensity, which proves that the tube joints have high connecting strength and well scaling capability.
