| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the design idea of a kind of wide band ESD electric fields measurement instrument, proves the flexibility of the design idea in the tentative stage with the consideration including the arguments of the electrically small monopole antenna and the signal optical fiber transmission's adoption, mathematical analysis of the equal input circuit and a wide band impedance transformer circuit design facility. |
