摘    要:通过落球试验,测试了斜轧低铬白口铁磨球的抗小能量多冲击破坏能力,并对其破坏形式和磨损面特征进行了分析,结果表明,该球经适当的轧后余热热处理可获得较高的抗多冲击破坏能力。

Abstract:The impact fracture resistance under lower energy and repeated impacting of cross rolled low chromium white cast iron grinding ball had been studied through the tests of drop ball impacting, and the fracture form was analyzed also.The results indicted that the better resistance to impact fracture for the test grinding balls could be obtained by making use of a given heat treatment with residual rolling temperature.
