| 摘 要： | 军事信息效能评估是一个不确定的复杂事件。通过引入熵的信息度量理论,在建立典型信息指标体系参量的基础上,对信息的获取、处理、传输全过程进行了定量的分析评估,以期对这一模糊的复杂事件有一个清晰的整体认识。

| Abstract: | The military information efficiency evaluation is a kind of uncertain complex matter.Through introducing the information measurement theory of entropy,based on building up the typical information index system parameters,this paper performs the quantitative analysis and evaluation to the whole process of information fetching,processing and transmitting,which is expected to have a clear total cognition to the fuzzy complex matter. |
