| 摘 要： | 建立化痰平喘片的质量标准．采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对制剂中的百部、暴马子皮进行鉴别，采用高效液相色谱法测定化痰平喘片中黄芩苷的含量，用·ngilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），以甲醇-0．2％磷酸（45：55）为流动相，流速：0.9mL·min^-1，检测波长为276nm，柱温：35℃.黄芩苷的进样量在0．13—2．57μg范围内成良好的线性，r=1．0（n=5）．黄芩苷的平均回收率为100．87％，RSD为0．77％（n=6）．该方法操作简单，准确可靠，重现性好，可以控制化痰平喘片的质量． |

| Abstract: | AIM: to establish a quality standard for HuaTanPingChuan Tablets.METHOD: Radzx Stemonae tuberosae and Syringa reticulata(BI.) Hara var.mandshurica(Maxim.) Hara were identified by TLC,and the content of Baicalin was determined by HPLC.Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5m) was used,the mobile phase was methanol and 0.2% phosphoric Acid(45∶55),flow rate was 0.9mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 276nm;the column temperature is 35℃.RESULT: the calibration curve of Baicalin was linear over the range of giving Baicalin between 0.13 and 2.57μg,with the correlation coefficient 1.0(n=5).The average recovery of Baicalin is 100.87%,RSD=0.77%(n=6).CONCLUSION: the method is simple,accurate and highly repeatable. |
