发电机组励磁机振动故障分析与处理

摘    要:受结构特点、工作环境等众多因素影响,发电机组励磁机振动故障处理工作较为困难。以某台机组励磁机振动故障处理为实例,通过振动测试试验分析,认为励磁机振动故障原因为励磁机转子质量不平衡、定子外壳和轴瓦支撑系统的刚度较低等。基于励磁机振动和平衡特点,通过现场动平衡处理,机组各测试位置的振动值均明显降低,其中5号瓦水平、垂直通频振动值分别由处理前195μm、70μm下降至60μm、15μm,振动幅值下降明显,动平衡消振效果显著,可以保证机组的长期安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Due to the factors such as structure characteristics or working environment,the fault handling of thermal power generator unit′s exciter fault hardling could be difficult.By the way of Taking a exciter unit vibration fault as an example, through the vibrationtest analysis, the auther thought that the reason for vibration fault was the exciter rotormass unbalance, the stator casing or bearing support system stiffness lowed cown clearly.Based on the characteristics of the exciter′ s vibration and balance, through the fielddynamic balance, the unit vibration value in each test location decreased greatly, amongthem the No.5 bearing horizontal and vertical vibration values dropped from 195 μm、70μm to 60 μm、15 μm after processing, unit vibration amplitude decreased significantly,dynamic balance was effect and achieved better effect of eliminating vibration, which couldensure the long-term and stable operation of the unit.
