喷锌过程的除尘工艺研究

摘    要:根据试验结果和实际项目应用案例,提出了聚性粉剂包覆技术与PTFE覆膜防水防静电布袋除尘器结合的喷锌粉尘除尘工艺,过滤速度提高了1.2-1.8倍,喷锌粉尘的净化效率提高,分离净化后锌粉尘的残留浓度小于5mg/m3。

Dust Collecting and Filtering in Zinc-spray Process

Abstract:Based on test results and actual project applications, a kind of dust collecting and separating technology for the zinc-spray process is discussed and studied in the paper, which combines inertia powder mixing and enclosing technology with PTFE membrane waterproof and anti-static filtering bag dust collector. Tills technology could increase the filtration velocity by 1.2- 1.8 times and improve the cleaning efficiency to obtain the dust residence concentration less then 5 mg/m3 of cleaned air.
