高声强可调频声波吹灰器在GGH吹扫中的应用

摘    要:内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司1号锅炉脱硫系统的GGH在运行中存在堵塞问题。为了控制GGH堵塞速度、避免机组非计划停运,在GGH上安装了高声强可调频声波吹灰器。该声波吹灰器具有衰减小、可针对GGH结垢设定最佳频率等优点,能有效防止结垢的形成,且投资费用低。采用该设备后,配合高压水冲洗,有效解决了GGH换热元件堵塞问题,应用效果良好。

Abstract:GGH of the 1st boiler desulfurization system in Inner Jinglong Power Generation Company Limited sometimes goes blockage problems in the operation. In order to control the speed of GGH blockage and avoid unplanned outage, the company installed adjustable frequency high-intensity acoustic sootblowers in the GGH. This sonic soot blower with low attenuation, could set the optimum frequency for the GGH scaling, etc. could effectively prevent the formation of fouling and lower the investment costs. Combined with high-pressure water wash, the congestion problems of GGH could be effectively solved.Its solution would provide a good referance for other coal-fired power plants in solving congestion problems GGH in the future.
