摘    要:内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司机组在切入华北电网运行后,AGC负荷响应速率慢。对机组协调控制系统、DEH系统逻辑进行了优化,并对远动控制系统进行了升级。处理后,机组AGC负荷响应机组负荷响应时间由89 s降至20 s左右,负荷响应速率满足了华北电网对机组AGC指标的考核要求。

Abstract:The AGC unit load response rate was slow down after down cutting intoNorth China power grid in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Co., Ltd.. The unitcoordinated control system and DEH system logic were optimized, the remote controlsystem had been upgraded. After treatment, the AGC unit load response time dropped from89 s to 20 s or so, load response speed could meet the AGC unit index assessmentrequirements of the North China power grid.
