220kV带电作业绝缘软梯梯头改造

摘    要:目前输电线路带电作业所使用的绝缘软梯,在等电位人员进入电场前无法对梯头闭锁装置进行双侧可靠闭锁。针对这一弊端,阿拉善电业局提出了一种对220 kV带电作业绝缘软梯梯头的改造方法,通过加装锁片使梯头在悬挂牵引过程中具有解锁和自锁功能。改装后,带电作业人员攀爬绝缘软梯前,梯头挂点能够双侧可靠闭锁,提高了带电作业效率和作业人员的安全系数。

Abstract:Currently the insulation ladder used in transmission lines, existed that ladder lock head could not reliable bilateral atresia in front of the equipotential personnel into the field. Aiming at the shortcomings, put forward a kind of 220 kV insulation ladder head modification method in Alsha Electric Power Bureau, through adding lock plate on ladder head, in the process of suspension traction which had unlocked and self-locking function. Modified ladder head had bilateral atresia of reliable function, improved the efficiency of the charged operation and operation safety.
