摘    要:火电厂烟气脱硫技术监督工作是以烟气达标排放和节能减排为目标,对脱硫装置的运行情况进行监督。本文列举了火电厂烟气脱硫技术监督过程中发现的实际问题,并提出相应的处理措施,如:在使用低品质石灰石时,可适当降低吸收塔浆液pH值;烟气在线监测系统数据不准确,可能是测点安装位置不合要求,可利用高精度的碘量法对系统进行比对,并对烟气速度场系数进行修正等。针对以上常见问题,提出GGH泄漏导致脱硫效率低的诊断方法、脱硫吸收塔浆液密度在线检测仪表不准的应对方法等,以供借鉴。

Abstract:The targets of desulfurization technology supervision are emission reducingand flue gas standard discharging, at the same time the operation of desulfurizationequipments is under supervision. This article lists the practical problems found inmonitoring flue gas desulfurization in thermal power plant, gives the correspondingmeasures such as using low-quality limestone, it may appropriately reduce pH value ofabsorber's slurry; when the data of on-line monitoring system for flue gas desulfurization isnot accurate, it can utilize high-precision iodine quantity method to compare with thesystem. As the common questions mentioned above, the article proposes the diagnosismethods to low desulfurization efficiency caused by GGH leaking, coping methods toinaccuracy for on-line monitoring instruments for the density of desulfurization absorber'sslurry.
