中部六省省会城市居民大众体育需求现状与发展对策

采用文献法、访谈法和问卷法,对中部六省省会城市居民的体育需求现状进行了调查研究,结果表明：该区域参加大众体育活动的比例和频率偏低,体育锻炼时长和强度呈负相关,参与体育活动的动机多样但体育消费水平较低,体育信息的获取方式停留在传统媒介上,俱乐部的运作水平有待提高。

Residents in Six Central Provinces Capital City Needs Mass Sports Situation and Development Strategy

The literature, interviews and questionnaires, the provincial capital city of the six central needs of the residents of the sports status of the investigation, the results show that： the general public to participate in sports activities in the region and the proportion of low frequency, duration and intensity of physical exercise was negatively related to participation in sports activities of diverse motives, but a lower consumption level sports, sports information access way to stay in the traditional media, the club operation needs to be improved.
