| 摘 要： | 根据某电厂超临界发电机组定冷水线圈温差异常的现象,分析了定子线圈堵塞物形成原因,并用碱洗加酸洗加漂洗钝化的复合清洗工艺进行有效的处理。经清洗后,成功清除定子线圈堵塞物,解决了定子线圈温差异常的问题,保证了发电机安全运行。

| Abstract: | In accordance to abnormal temperature of stator cooling water coil of supercritical generating units in a power plant, the paper analyzes causes for stemming of stator coil and integrated cleaning process of alkaline washing and rinsing passivation for treatment. After being washed, the stemming is removed, temperature difference of stator coil is handled and hence safe operation of generator is guaranteed. |
