摘    要:为实现高压直流系列产品国产化,从高压直流电子式电流互感器(electronic current transformer,ECT)的传感部分核心器件——Rogowski线圈的研究着手,分析Rogowski线圈的原理和特点,提出一种适用于高压直流ECT的Rogowski线圈设计方案,介绍其规格参数、制作及安装等。频率响应试验证明Rogowski线圈对各频率谐波电流的幅值测量误差在0.2%以内,线圈响应灵敏度试验证明Rogowski线圈的相位误差在200μs以内,该线圈的设计性能均满足国际标准要求,验证了Rogowski线圈设计方案具有测量精度高、功率输出低、结构简单、线性良好、测量值易于数字化输出等优良特性,为该产品的国产化实现提供了技术依据。

Abstract:To make sure that high-voltage DC products are domestically made, Rogowski coil, the core part in sensing portion of high-voltage DC electronic current transformer (ECT) is studied to analyze principle and characteristics of Rogowski coil. The paper proposes a design scheme for Rogowski coil applicable for high-voltage DC ECT and introduces the specification parameter, manufacturing and installation. It is proved by frequency response that the measurement error of harmonic current amplitude in various frequencies via Rogowski coil is no bigger than 0. 2% ; it is proved by sensitivity of Rogowski coil that the phase error is smaller than 200μs, which means that the design performance of the coil can meet requirements of international standards. It is proved by test that Rogowski coil is characterized by its high measurement accuracy, low output power, simple structure, favorable linearity and the measured value's access to digital output, providing technical references to localization of the product.
