| 摘 要： | 为解决广东电网日益突出的无功电压管理问题,提出进行自动电压控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)系统建设的建议,并以广东惠州天然气发电有限公司AVC系统建设为例,阐述了电厂端AVC功能实现的控制方式、无功分配方式等,介绍了试验及试运行中发现的有碍电厂端AVC系统功能实现的问题,并提出解决方法。

| Abstract: | In order to cope with management of increasingly serious reactive power in Guangdong power grid, the paper suggests constructing automatic voltage control （AVC） system; besides, it takes construction of AVC system of Huizhou LNG Power Generation Co., Ltd. as an example to illustrate control mode and reactive power distribution mode for implementing AVC at power plant terminal. The paper also introduces problems that deter the implementation of AVC system during testing and test run and proposes solutions. |
