胶印印刷压力与印品质量关系的研究

从印刷速度、纸张适性、油墨干燥等多方面分析了印刷过程中印刷压力与印刷质量的关系。对不同压力下的印刷品密度作了测试,测试结果表明印刷压力的变化使印品密度不稳定,从而导致印品颜色不稳定,印品质量下降。提出了实际生产中解决此问题的可行性方案。

Research on Printing Pressure and Printing Quantity

The relations between printing perspntability, and drying of printing ink pressure and printing quantity were analyzed from printing speed, pain printing process. The densities of printing were tested in different printing pressure. The results showed that changing of printing pressure makes the densities of printing unstable, and causes printing color unstable and printing quality decreasing. Some feasible methods to keep printing quality Stabile were put forward.
