摘    要:
某石化公司蒸汽系统主要存在过多的高品质6.4MPa蒸汽降级使用为1.0MPa蒸汽,导致能源浪费,以及3.5MPa蒸汽使用不合理,造成6MW发电装置夏季闲置等问题。为此,利用Prosteam软件建立了蒸汽系统模型,对蒸汽系统的实际运行状况进行了模拟,提出并论证了优化方案:增加二催化装置外供3.5MPa蒸汽输出34t/h,同时减少相同量的1.0MPa蒸汽输出;动力锅炉负荷保持110t/h,经由减温减压器3输出的1.0MPa蒸汽减少1.3t/h;6MW发电机组新增用汽(3.5MPa)35.3t/h,实现6MW发电机组全年增发2MW发电量(冬季运行2台动力锅炉时,发电量由2MW提升至4MW;夏季运行1台动力锅炉时,发电量由0MW提升至2MW)。优化方案实施后,年增发电量1680×104kW·h,折合节能3927.8t标油、效益924万元,提高了中、低压蒸汽管网以及6MW发电装置的运行安全性。

Abstract:
The steam system of a petrochemical company suffered three major problems:much high-quality 6.4MPa steam was degraded and used as 1.0MPa steam,a waste of energy;the use of 3.5MPa steam was irrational;and the 6MW power generator was idled in summer.To solve these problems,technicians set up a steam system model using Prosteam software to simulate the operation of the steam system.They put forth and demonstrated an optimization plan:adding a second catalytic unit to supply 3.5MPa steam outwards at a rate of 34t/h,while reducing the output of the same amount of 1.0MPa steam;maintaining the load of power boilers at 110t/h and reducing the 1.0MPa steam output from temperature and pressure reducer No.3 by 1.3t/h ;increasing the 3.5MPa steam supply to the 6MW generating set by 35.6t/h to increase the electricity output from the 6MW generating set by 2MW per year(when two power boilers are run in winter,power output was raised to 4MW from 2MW;in summer when one power boiler is run,power output was raised to 2MW from 0MW).After these optimization methods were used,the company's power output increased by 1680×104kW·h per year,equal to saving 3927.8t of oil equivalent of energy,revenues increased by 9.24 million Yuan and the safety of the low and medium pressure steam pipeline network and the 6MW generating set was improved.
