| 摘 要： | 推行工程建设监理制 ,是我国基本建设管理体制为适应社会主义市场经济发展要求而采取的一项重要改革措施。三峡工程建设从 1994年工程施工开始 ,就全面实行建设监理制 ,迄今已历十年 ,在三峡工程建设中发挥了重大作用。结合三峡公共工程项目监理工作 ,着重介绍监理机构和监理人员的配置 ,以及工程进度、施工质量和工程造价控制的程序和方法。

| Abstract: | The implementation of supervision system on engineering construction is an important reformation of management system of infrastructure construction to meet the needs of market economy. The total supervision on construction of TGP has been put into effect for 10 years since 1994y, and played an important role in the construction course. The review of supervision on public works of TGP may be useful to other engineerings. |
