| 摘 要： | 大厚度电渣钢具有纯净度高、致密性好、成分均匀及使用性能优良等特点。舞钢自建设国内第一台大型扁坯电渣炉开始，陆续开发了数十个大厚度高内在质量的电渣钢品种，填补了国内宽厚板领域高端产品的空白，替代了锻件产品。本文重点介绍舞钢电渣炉现状和电渣钢品种的研制情况，并对产品开发过程中出现的质量问题进行简要剖析，为今后电渣钢高端品种的开发提供思路。
