厚规格低合金容器板探伤不合的原因分析及对策

摘    要:通过低倍、金相及扫描电镜等手段,对厚规格低合金容器板探伤不合的内在组织进行了分析,研究探伤不合的原因,阐明了铸坯内部中心偏析、夹杂物及微裂纹是导致钢板探伤不合的内在原因。提出了降低连铸坯过热度,采用连铸末端动态轻压下技术,铸坯下线堆垛缓冷48h,钢板加保温罩缓冷48h等工艺措施,可有效提高钢板探伤合格率。

Abstract:By using methods of macrostructure examination,metallographic examination and SEM,the microstructure of nonconforming low alloy heavy plate for vessel in ultrasonic flaw detection are observed and analyzed.The cause of nonconforming steel plate in ultrasonic flaw detection are studied.It is explained that central segregation,inclusions and microcrack inside the strand are internal causes of nonconformity in ultrasonic flaw detection on the plate.Many technological measures of lowering degree of overheat,usi...
