基于ADAMS的压紧机构仿真与故障定位研究

摘    要:建立了基于ADAMS的压紧机构的仿真模型,对影响其压紧、解脱的相关参数进行了详细的仿真研究,在此基础上进行了故障定位,提出了相应的解决措施,有效地指导了现场调试,解决了压紧机构不能可靠解脱的故障.

Abstract:This article builds up the simulation model of one displacement-limited mechanism based on ADAMS. By the detailed studies on some parameters affecting the character of pushing on-and-off on it, some useful results are concluded. Followed by the study of fault discovery, this article has got some important measures for the mechanism and applied during the test effectively. As a result, that the mechanism can't be pushed off reliable is solved.
