摘    要:采用有限元分析软件ANSYSY对"浴缸式"急冷废热锅炉下管箱及其内衬刚玉的温度分布和热变形进行了数值模拟研究,通过模拟得出了废热锅炉下管箱壳体与其内衬有4 mm左右的热变形间隙,这对刚玉开裂与下管箱的温度场都有较大影响。针对该设备运行过程中存在内衬开裂、筒体温度过高、法兰密封失效的问题,提出了对下管箱筒体增设加强圈、下管箱内衬刚玉分块和在托板与刚玉之间预留热变形间隙等优化措施,这些措施可以有效改善下管箱壳体与其内衬热变形协调性和下法兰密封性能,具有实际意义。

Abstract:Temperature field, thermal deformation of the down channel and its liner of the "bathtub - style" TLE(Transfer Line Exchanger) were simulated by software ANSYS. The simulation results show that there is about 4 mm thermal deformation space between shell and its liner, which has a greater impact on liner cracking and the temperature field. Considering the cracking of liner, high temperature of equipment, poor sealing performance, the optimized design, such as stiffening ring, sub - blocks of liner and reserve clearance between the liner and the support plates were given. The optimized design of this paper is of great significance to the improvement of deformation compatibility and sealing in industry.
