包覆技术在粉末冶金固体自润滑材料中的应用

摘    要:现代工业的不断发展对粉末冶金固体自润滑材料的要求越来越高,但是传统的粉末冶金材料存在固体润滑剂与基体的浸润性差,密度相差比较大,容易产生偏析,并且固体润滑剂可能与与基体材料发生反应等问题,对固体润滑剂进行包覆处理则可解决这些问题,因此包覆技术将在固体自润滑材料领域发挥越来越重要的作用。

Abstract:The requirement for powder-metallurgy solid self-lubrication materials become more and more upgraded with the development of industry,while traditional P/M material have many problems such as bad wetting property between solid lubricant and base material,segregation for great density variation and reaction between them.The coating technology is a good method for resolving these problems,so the coating technology will make an important effect in the solid self-lubrication field.
