天津联化乙烯装置技术改造设计评析

摘    要:本文介绍了一套中型乙烯装置通过新增一台北方裂解炉、用高效塔盘改造旧塔、更换“三机”转子、并联激冷冷箱、采用高低压双塔脱丙烷流程第一系列改进措施,使其乙烯产量由140kt/a提高到200kt/a,丙烯由70kt/a提高到99.5kt/a,乙烯综合能耗则由7.05GJ/t下降到6.45GJ/t。

Abstract:The revamping of Tianjin medium-size ethylene plant domestically without any foreign aid has been summarized in this paper.It includes adding a new CBL cracking heater,replacing trays with high efficient ones in old towers,changing rotors in three main compressors,paralleling a set of cold box,applying the process of double depropanizers operated under high and low pressure and so on.The operating result shows that the performance guarantees have been achieved satisfactorily.The yields of polymer grade ethylene and propylene are being raised from 140?kt/a to 200?kt/a and 70?kt/a to 99.5?kt/a,respectively.
