新型硫醚萃取剂萃取分离钯、铂的性能

摘    要:介绍了一种新型萃取剂--丁基苯并噻唑硫醚(简写为SN)对钯、铂的萃取性能。结果表明: SN对钯的萃取性能很好。并通过正交试验方法确定了SN萃取分离钯、铂的最佳萃取条件为: CCl4作稀释剂; φ(SN)=12%; c(HCl)=3 mol/L; 萃取时间为10 min; 相比O/W=1∶1。在该条件下可以有效地分离钯和铂, 且钯的一次萃取率可高达99%, 铂的萃取率仅为1.4%。载钯有机相用NH3·H2O进行反萃取, 一次反萃取率也达99%。

Abstract:The extraction property of a novel extractant, butyl-benzothiazole sulfide (simplified as SN), in separation of palladium and platinum was introduced. The experiment results showed that SN had an excellent extraction property to palladium. The optimum condition for separation of Pd and Pt with SN was established by orthogonal experiments, which is as follows: φ(SN-CCl4)=12%, c(HCl)=3 mol/L, O/W=1∶1 and extracting time of 10 minutes. Under the condition, Pa and Pt can be separated effectively. The rate of single extraction of Pd can reach up to 99%, while that of Pt is only 1.4%. Pd can be back extracted from the organic phase by using NH3·H2O, obtaining a rate of single back extraction of 99%.
