| Abstract: | The characteristics of contact resistances of precious metal contact materials and their application were described.The equipment and procedure for the measurement of contact resistance were introduced.Refer to the ANSI,the entire calibration of this equipment was executed by standard pure gold sample under different conditions.The results indicate that this equipment has good practicability. |
