摘    要:运用计算机仿真方法,对马钢港务原料厂混匀系统造堆效率进行了研究,将一次料场取料机调车速度提至14m/min、增加2个400m^3混匀配矿槽、排出量控制在1190-1250t/h和合理配置一次料场就能满足二期工程中向高炉系统供料的要求,提高造堆效率可达26.01%,节约投资560多万元。

Abstract:The study on improving piling efficiency of mixing system using computer imitation was carried out. The conclusion is, that by increasing velocity of discharge vehicle to 14 m/s, adding two 400 m 3 hoppers, controlling the discharge rate within 1190-1250 t/h and rational arrangement of primary material yard, it is possible to satisfy BF, raw material supply requirements for second stage project, with a piling efficiency increased by 26.01 % more than 5.60 million saving investment.
