高速曲柄压力机的动平衡机构探讨

摘    要:文章通过对曲柄滑块机构惯性力的分析,结合高速曲柄压力机中二种常见的配重结构进行了理论计算探讨,分析了各自的结构特点.并指出了在高速曲柄压力机动平衡结构设计中应满足的条件,使不平衡力趋向最小,以消除运动部分的不平衡现象.

Abstract:By analyzing of inertia force of crank slide mechanism,theoretical calculation according to two common types weight-balance structure of high speed crank press has been discussed with analysis of each design feature.The necessary condition during dynamic balance structure design of high speed crank press has been pointed out,in order to get rid of unbalance of moving parts,which turns unbalance force trend to minimum.
