扬声器单元低频参数的分析与时域测量方法

摘    要:快速准确地测量扬声器单元的低频特性参数是生产高质量的扬声器重要的环节,传统的扫频法其测量速度不能满足现代生产线上快速测量的要求;而基于时域的系统辨识方法在快速测量方面前进了一大步。本文综合应用电子电路、信号处理及声学基础知识,以计算机仿真技术为依据,并通过MATLAB和EWB对时域分析出来的结构系数进行仿真,得出了扬声器单元一系列的响应特性及阻抗曲线图,从而为进一步完善扬声器系统的时域分析和参数辨识奠定基础。

Abstract:The quick and accurate measurement in the low frequency parameter of the loudspeaker unit is an important step of high quality loudspeaker; the measurement speed can' t satisfy the request of the fast on- line production for traditional method based on the sweep - frequency. However based on timing- domain, which is called system identification, appears better in the quick measurement. This paper used electronic circuit, signal analysis, system identification and the knowledge of acoustics, based on the computer simulation technology, make the simulation of the structural coefficients that is analyzed in time domain using MATLAB and EWB, we can get a series of respondent and impedance curve on Loudspeaker unit. In this way, we can improve the analysis of time domain and the parameter identification of the loudspeaker system further.
