摘    要:随着我国电信事业的高速发展,各大运营商都建设了覆盖范围广泛、传输容量巨大的多厂家、多制式传送网.随着网络规模的扩大,业务服务质量要求的提高,设备厂家的EMS和SNMS已经无法满足需要,需要建设综合网管来进行日常维护工作.本文提出了一套传送网综合网管建设的方案,并结合作者在国内电信运营商第一个建成使用的传输综合网管系统项目中的实施经验对几个关键问题进行了描述.

Abstract:With the high-speed development of China telecom industry, transport networks of broad coverage, great capability and muti-technologies are built by carriers. In order to manage the enlarging network with enhancing requirements of QoS, carriers need to construct INMS (integrated network management system) based on EMS/SNMS to meet its customer's requirement for service. This paper describes the difficulties of INMS development and provides a solution of INMS through which the difficulties are well resolved. And the solution is given with the experiences of a actual INMS project which is the first one of transport network in China. In conclusion, run effect of the INMS in real environment is described.
