中国沿海清洁能源供给战略研究

中国未来经济发展,仍然以珠江三角洲、长江三角洲和环渤海地区为龙头,带动中国其他地区经济发展,沿海12个省市2002年国内生产总值占全国国内生产总值的68.6%,呈迅猛发展势头。目前沿海能源生产远远不能满足需求,实现沿海经济可持续发展,迫切需要天然气这一清洁能源作为保证。我国“西气东输”和“广东进口液化天然气”项目是国家清洁能源战略中的两项重大举措,通过国内天然气和国外进口液化天然气两种资源,建成沿海天然气配送主干线,并在沿海形成清洁能源供应网络,提高清洁能源供应稳定性,满足沿海省市经济发展对能源的需求,确保我国沿海地区能源安全稳定供应。

Green Electricity Marketing Policy in Germany Strategic Study of Clean Energy Supply in China Offshore

In the year 2002, total Gross Domestic Product(GDP) of 12 China offshore cities and provinces was 68.6%of National GDP. Along with the development of China economy, the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and Bohai Bay have been the most dynamic regions in China and this trend will continue in next few years. But as we noted, China offshore energy supply can not satisfy current market demand. As a kind of clean energy, gas shall be put into consideration in order to ensure a sustained and reasonably rapid development of the national economy. West Gas Project and Guangdong LNG Project are two main measures taken by China government, the two different gas sources, domestic gas and imported LNG, can help to build up main pipeline, get clean energy network into shape, strengthen stable supply of clean energy, meet huge energy demands arising from China offshore economic development, and then proceed to ensure stable supply to offshore regions.
