高温熔体黏度测试仪的温度控制

摘    要:介绍了高温熔体黏度测试仪的组成和测试原理,分析了硅钼棒加热炉的升温特点.针对加热炉特性提出了一种电流 温度的双闭环控制器:内环控制结构有效地克服了硅钼棒随温度升高带来的电阻干扰,恒定了加热电流;外环采用阈值控制和自适应模糊PID控制,通过自调整PID参数瞬态输出值,提高控制器对系统参数变化的适应能力.仿真研究证明:该控制算法在保证控制精度的基础上提高了系统的动态性能.

Abstract:This paper presents the testing principle and composition of a high-temperature melt viscometer and analyses the temperature rise characteristics in on MoSi2 furnace.According to the furnace characteristics,a double-closed loop controller of electrical current and temperature is designed.The inner controller can restrain the main disturbance effectively coming from the MoSi2 resistance rise and stabilize the heating electrical current.The outer one is a combination of a threshold controller and self-adaptive fuzzy-PID controller,which improves the adaptability of a controller to system parameter changes by self-tuning PID instantaneous output values of PID parameters.The computer simulation results show the controller proposed in the paper increases the system's dynamic performance while ensuring control precision.
