高能球磨热压烧结制备块状纳米晶体镍的动态冲击性能

摘    要:用高能球磨结合热压烧结工艺制备出块状纳米晶体镍,并利用Hopkinson压杆对其进行动态冲击性能试验。结果表明:块状纳米晶体镍具有较高的抗冲击强度,可达到565 MPa,且冲击强度随着应变速率的升高而增大;同时,块状纳米晶体镍的塑性应变硬化率比较小,表现出平稳的塑性流变行为;基于试验结果,预测块状纳米晶体镍的变形机理是由位错滑移和晶界滑移共同控制的。

Abstract:Nanocrystalline Ni bulk was prepared by high-energy ball milling and hot-pressure sintering.The dynamic impact properties were tested at different high strain rates by using Hopkinson bar.The results indicate that the nanocrystalline Ni bulk had higher strength,up to 565 MPa.The impact strength increased with the increase of strain rate.However,the strain hardening behavior of the samples was not obvious and showed smooth plastic flow behavior.Based on the experimental results,the predicted deformation mech...
