摘    要:以超临界CO2(SCCO2)为介质,采用含氟疏水剂对涤纶织物进行疏水改性,探讨了超临界CO2的温度、压力和时间变化对改性效果的影响。结果表明:SCCO2技术用于涤纶织物的疏水改性是可行的;最佳工艺条件为温度70℃、压力15 MPa、处理时间4 h。改性后涤纶织物的静态接触角可达148°。

Abstract:The fluoride hydrophobic agent was used to modify the hydrophobic performance of polyester fab-ric in supercritical carbon dioxide(SCCO2) fluid. The effects of treating time, pressure and temperature in SC-CO2 fluid on surface hydrophobic property were studied. The results showed that the hydrophobic propertyof polyester fabric increased greatly and reached the level of superhydrophobic, the optimal hydrophobicmodification conditions in SCCO2 were 70 ℃、15 MPa and 4 h.
