摘    要:锅炉炉水循环泵是控制循环锅炉的重要设备。为了保证锅炉水冷壁工作的安全性,从理论和实践两方面对炉水循环泵在各种工况下进、出口压差的变化进行了研究,并就其压差降低所带来的安全隐患提出了防范措施,为电厂实施炉水循环泵运行优化提供了技术支持。

Abstract:Boiler water circulating pump is an important facility for control of circulating boilers.In order to guarantee safety operation of boiler water wall,pressure differential variation at both inlet and outlet of the pump was theoretically and practically studied under various working conditions,based on which countermeasures were proposed to prevent hidden dangers resulted from pressure differential drops.This may serve as a reference for operation optimization of boiler water circulating pumps.
