| 摘 要： | 通过对中、美标准中季节性能源效率评价指标季节能效比（SEER／APF）和综合部分负荷性能系数（IPLV/NPLV）的评价体系建立基础的分析，指出现有标准体系中的SEER／APF和IPLV／NPLV评价指标不具备数值换算的基础，如果试图统一SEER／APF和IPLV／NPLV评价指标，则必须首先统一两者的计算理论依据和边界条件。

| Abstract: | Mainly analyzes the SEER/APF and IPLV/NPLV evaluation system of US and China Standards. Points out there are no value conversion in SEER/APF and IPLV/ NPLV evaluation index with present standard system. If trying to unify the evaluation index of SEER/APF and IPLV/NPLV, it should unify the calculation theory basis and boundary condition. |
