摘    要:针对高温恶劣工业生产环境的测温系统,该文设计了一个利用微处理器控制K型热电偶和K型热电偶模数转换芯片MAX6675进行多路温度采集,并通过RS485无线透传模块将温度数据传给上位机的系统,对温度数据采集与无线传输技术作了详细的论述.实验结果表明,该系统能在系统允许的误差范围内准确地采集温度数据,并实时、稳定、准确地将数据通过无线方式传给计算机,证明了整个系统的良好性能.

Abstract:According to the system of temperature acquisition in the environment of high temperature in the industrial production, the system is presented in this paper. This system with type-K thermocouple and MAX6675 which is an AD conversion chip of type-K thermocouple in the charge of microprocessor to collect multiplex temperatures, and with the application of RS485 wireless module to transmit temperature data to PC. This paper makes a detailed discussion about technology of data acquisition and wireless transmission. The ex- periment results show that the system can gather temperature data within the allowed error range of temperature data accurately, and transmit data to PC in a real time, steady, exact and wireless way. And it proves that the system has good performance.
