摘    要:该文提出了实现高性能的应急无线视频传输系统方案,并描述了其在煤矿应急通信中的应用.方案在硬件上采用高效ARM11处理器,CCD摄像头,WIFI单元等模块,在软件上采用H.264视频编解码及RTP封装传输,设计出满足煤矿应急通信要求的高性能低功耗井下安全视频采集与传输系统,完成无线视频服务器与监控终端样机,并通过工程实践验证.

Abstract:A high performance emergency wireless video transmission system scheme is proposed to be ap- plied in the mine environment. In hardware aspects, it includes powerful ARM11 processor, CCD high-resolu- tion camera, WIFI modules and so on. In software aspect, it mainly adopts H. 264 video compression algo- rithm, as well as RTP format package transmission. So the whole system is designed to meet the requirements of low power and high performance safety video acquisition and transmission system. And it is including com- plete wireless video server and prototype monitoring terminal. Finally, the whole scheme is verified by practice strictly.
