基于SURF算法和OpenCV的掌纹识别技术研究

摘    要:该文提出了一种基于快速鲁棒特征算法和OpenCV的掌纹识别方法。首先应用固定阈值法将手掌二值化,并提取出有效掌纹区域。然后用快速鲁棒特征算法提取并描述该区域的特征点,再通过随机采样一致性算法进行特征点之间的匹配。最后,通过一系列测试对该系统的性能进行了评估,实验结果证明该系统对掌纹图像的旋转、亮度和尺度变化具有较好的鲁棒性,且具有比较高的识别精度和时间性能。

Abstract:This paper proposed a method of palmpr/nt recognition based on SURF algorithm and OpenCV. Firstly, the image is binarized and the region of interest is segmented. The key points are extracted by using SURF algorithm, again random sample consensus (RANSAC) is used to match two feature sets. Finally, plen- ty of experiments are carried out to test the proposed method. The experimental results show that the system has good robustness to image rotation, translation, illumination and scale variations.
