二维运动平台的控制系统

摘    要:利用单片机实现了一种货物的精确定点搬运,以及物体固定轨迹移动的控制系统。该系统采用AVR单片机作为二维物体运动平台控制系统的控制核心,利用高耐压大电流的达林顿芯片作为步进电机的驱动电路,结合软件控制步进电机的转向和转速,给予可靠的硬件设计和精确的软件算法实现了物体的定点运动控制和轨迹运动的设定。并且通过矩阵键盘和LCD液晶模块作为系统的输入和显示部分,实现了良好的人机交互。结合系统的开环式控制模式,该系统使用AVR内部自带存储步进电机运动参数,以实现对运动物体的准确定位和控制。

Abstract:By making use of single chip microcomputer goods accurately designated handling, and the object of fixed track, this design adopts monolithic integrated ,circuits AVR as the core of two-dimensional object moves control system. This control system use of high and resistant to high current Darlington chip as a the driving circuit to stepping motor to control the stepping motor's turn and speed, combines it's related software with reliable hardware and software algorithm to implement the regular body movements to control and track the set. Through the keyboard and LCD module as part of the system input and display achieve a good human- computer interaction. Combination of open loop type control system model, the design memory using the AVR own internal stepper motor motion parameters, in order to achieve accurate positioning of moving objects and control.
