直接空冷散热器出口热空气利用的可行性研究

摘    要:基于节约燃料、改善空冷机组真空的目的,在尽量不改变原有系统的基础上,提出了能源回收型直接空冷系统改进方案,并对方案的可行性和经济性进行了研究。研究表明,经改进的直接空冷系统不仅可满足技术上的要求,而且能产生明显的经济效益,可用于300MW6、00 MW空冷机组。

Abstract:Based on the purpose of fuel-saving and improving the vacuum of air cooled units,a retrofit scheme of energy recovery type direct air cooling system has been put forward on the basis without changing the original system as fully as possible,and the feasibility and economic behavior of said scheme being studied.Study shows that the retrofitted direct air cooling system not only can satisfy the requirements in technical aspect,but also can produce remarkable economic benefits.
