摘    要:多坐标曲面加工的刀具轨迹规划是数控编程的基础和关键。从改善曲面加工精度和效率的角度,分析了五坐标曲面NC加工的逼近加工误差,讨论了走刀步长和切削行距的估算,提出了刀具轨迹规划的原则,并结合实例进行了轨迹验证。

Abstract:Planning tool-path in the multi-coordinates machining curved face is elements and key of NC codes programming.Based on improving the machining accuracy and productivity,approached machining errors of five-coordinates numerical control machining curved face are analyzed,the estimations of cutting step length and cutting line width are discussed.Furthermore the principles are approved on planning tool-path in NC codes programming,and proved combining examples.
