摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)为单体,制得MAA/SAS共聚物。探讨了不同反应条件对共聚物分散性的影响,通过FT-IR、GPC及TGA-DSC等手段对共聚物的结构、热稳定性以及相对分子质量及其分布进行了表征。并对最佳条件下制得的共聚物分散剂在陶瓷氧化铝浆料中进行分散效果试验,结果表明,当共聚物加入量为0.5%时,分散效果良好。

Abstract:The copolymer dispersant for ceramic powder MAA/SAS was synthesized by methyl acrylic acid and sodium allylsulfonate.The effect of different reaction conditions on dispersing properties of copolymer has been investigated.The optimum conditions are as follows: the mole ratio of methyl acrylic acid and sodium allylsulfonate 3∶1,the amount of initiator 4%,the amount of sodium bisulfite 1.67%,reaction temperature 75 ℃.The copolymer was characterized and analyzed by FT-IR,GPC and TGA-DSC.The copolymer synthesized in optimum conditions was used in alumina powder.The results show that smaller viscosity and better dispersion effects are achieved when the copolymer mass fraction is 0.5%.
